Jen started with us in a seasonal order fulfillment role in 2018. She liked the team and came back a couple of years until she knew the job so well and was leading quality and training initiatives with such passion that we had to make her full time. She started with Tree Time Fulfillment with the title of Order Fulfillment and Warehouse Inventory Supervisor. That means she oversees large teams of seasonal employees that handle inventory and seasonal order fulfillment to get orders out the door to clients and customers.
