McLean joined Tree Time in early 2023. His BComm (Supply Chain) education and almost a decade of experience with operational logistics bring strong skills to the air traffic controller type nature of his role with tens of millions of seedlings needing the Tetris treatment in multiple stages each year.

Biking and spending time on the family farm take up a bunch of McLean’s spare time. He’s also an active coach in youth volleyball and avid sports enthusiast for volleyball, curling, golf, and baseball.
